Erin did an amazing job planning our wine country wedding. From our first phone call I knew Erin understood what kind of event we wanted, and it was her priority to create our dream day, not anybody else's. She was incredibly patient with me, my husband, and my mom and she was a lifesaver when it came to dealing with our venue owner, who was a difficult person. Nobody could figure out how to work with him except for Erin, who handled the situation effectively and with her trademark good spirit and positivity. When there were specific things we wanted, she delivered them, and when I had no idea how to explain something I wanted, she somehow knew exactly what I was talking about and made it happen. She worked within our budget and never pressured us into unnecessary upgrades or things we didn't want.

From selecting the right venue to connecting us with incredible vendors to keeping all the trains running on time, Erin did it all. When the day arrived, it ran flawlessly from start to finish and the setting was absolutely breathtaking. I can't tell you how many compliments we've received, even six months later! Thanks to Erin and her magic, I got to spend my time enjoying my wedding instead of worrying about it. I hope I have the opportunity to work with her again someday.

Working with Erin was our first and best wedding planning decision! She has such a fun, easy-going personality *and* is extremely organized and detail oriented. Working with her was a total blast. Our wedding was a big production and we couldn’t have done it without her expertise. We loved our venue, Solage, which Erin put on our radar through the (very fun) venue tours she planned for us. She made everything feel easy, from managing all the contact with vendors, providing excellent recommendations in every category, making sure every detail was perfect! She handled things I wouldn’t have known how to start (rentals, lighting choices), and she guided me in all the right directions. Wedding planning has its own language and I felt so grateful I had Erin from start to finish. The weekend of the wedding went SO smoothly and I knew Erin had a total handle on everything.

Everyone loved Erin personally, from our family/friends who met her, to the vendor/venue teams who told us we had the Napa “dream team” with her at the helm! It was clear that everyone loves working with Erin, and I’m sure that contributed to our weekend being such a success.

None of my friends/family could believe how relaxed I was leading up to the wedding, and it’s because I felt like I had the best planner. That feeling — knowing everything would run smoothly and that I could just focus on enjoying the celebration — was priceless!

Erin did such a great job on our San Francisco wedding, I also hired Erin to plan my work holiday party for around 300 people.  I did not have the time or interest in planning a party in this case, so Erin completely took the reigns on this one.  She created a hip winter wonderland vibe that was perfect for our young Silicon Valley crew.  Everything from the food to the craft cocktails and wine tasting stations were amazing, and the industrial space we chose was completely transformed with minimal involvement from me...just what I was hoping for.  I cannot recommend working with Erin enough for a stress free and FUN planning experience!

Erin was the absolute best wedding planner a bride could ask for!
We planned a destination in Yountville, CA from Texas and from the first phone conversation I had with Erin I knew she was the right choice for us. She immediately started planning, helping me to create a vision for the wedding, and recommending other vendors (photographer, musicians...) for our big day. She was always prompt with responses, would make recommendations but let me handle the ultimate decision and just provided guidance to a bride that had no clue where to start. We came out a few months before to meet her, and finalize all of the small details- all of her recommendations were spot on and she will treat your wedding as if it were her own. Her calm demeanor, her knowledge of and connections with other vendors and her guidance was first class and I really could not of asked for more in a wedding planner. I would highly, highly recommend Erin for anyone planning a wedding near or far. She will get the job done and do it with a smile on her face. I really loved working with Erin.
